| Event Description: | "How did the conditions for its emergence appear in the Universe? How did the necessary chemical elements arise? And what is the role of the death of stars in the emergence of life? At the lecture we will talk about the emergence of life on Earth from the point of view of an astronomer. We will discuss the most popular theories, find out what is hidden behind the concept of “panspermia” and why we are so afraid and hope to discover signs of life on neighboring planets. The lecture will be of interest to children over 8 years old. Presenter: Dmitry Nasonov, astronomer, engineer, programmer, lecturer at the Moscow Planetarium, teacher at the Moscow Palace of Pioneers. He worked as an observer at the 6-meter telescope BTA, SAO RAS and in the project of the world space observatory ""Spectrum-UV""." |
