| Report on the Results: | The municipality of Dolna Mitropolia, the port of the village of Baikal welcomed on October 6th the Roman ship Lusoria Danuvina Alacris (Living Danube) under the Living Danube Limes project, INTERREG program. Project manager and ship captain is Assoc. Dr. Anna Kaiser, Danube University Krems, Austria. With the participants from Germany, Austria, Hungary and Bulgaria, an Astro party was held - telescope observation of the Moon and Jupiter, as well as a laser Astro show of the visible constellations. The guests were introduced to space missions in the solar system and the latest discoveries and research. |
