Event Description: | This event is a part of the eTwinning project T.A.BL.ET. : The Amplified Blue Planet: A Journey in STEM, Earth Observation, Artificial Intelligence and Creative Writing for Environmental Awareness. 12 years old students of the 3rd Junior High School of Kifissia, will participate in coding activities in the topic of space. Students will create Scratch based programs to showcase how space technology is used in our everyday life. Each of the participant school will add their students’ creations into a collaborative studio to create an international repository of Space Scratch projects with the theme “Space Technology in our everyday life”. The main learning objectives of the activity are to encourage students to develop coding skills through Scratch, explore the practical applications of space technology, cultivate collaboration and discover their talents, free their imagination, take initiatives and develop problem-solving, cooperation and communication skills. |

Report on the Results: | Students created 6 Scratch projects and realised through videos and presentations how space technology is used in our everyday life They added their projects into a collaborative scratch studio to create an international repository of Space Scratch projects with the theme “Space Technology in our everyday life”.
