| Report on the Results: | The above mentioned event was convened with the presence of ISA Vice-president in Space Application and Services. While paying a technical visit to the various sections of the Center, the following items were presented by an ISA Technical Expert named Mr. Taghipour: - Introducing the satellite data received in the Center; - Introducing the activities conducted at the Earth monitoring and observation section; - Introducing the satellite data use and application for disaster management ( for instance, in Kermanshah Earthquake and wildfire in Hawizeh Marshes, and monitoring Blue Zones, dust, ...) - Introducing geographic information systems (GIS) and its applications. |
